Booking Terms & Conditions
If you cancel a booked class, you do not get an automatic refund but will receive a class credit
for a future class. Cancellation needs to be made before Midday at the very latest on the day of a class or before 7pm for a morning class.

* Please notify me of your Standing Order set up so that I can add you as a Member on the
Gymcatch Booking Site
* ONE MONTH'S notice of cancellation is required
* Refunds are not given
* Please make sure you cancel a class on Gymcatchif you are unable to attend.
This needs to be done with 8 hours notice where possible or before midday at the very latest on the day of a class or by 7pm for a morning class.
I reserve the right to cancel a class due to extreme weather conditions,
illness, unexpected circumstances or low class numbers.
