First class!
Michelle is a brilliant instructor with loads of passion and energy.
She has a really varied weekly programme to suit all. I have attended all of her classes and they are all fantastic.
All because, first off, Michelle provides all the equipment required in excellent condition, she works really hard behind the scenes to sync the best play lists to go with the sessions, Michelle is a clear & concise instructor bringing a wealth of knowledge to a fun environment!
Michelle adds nice welcoming & personal touches to classes by offering morning coffee before the start, a lovely touch if you can get up early enough! Lots of lovely candles to set the mood for Pilates.
All in all lots of choice of classes delivered in an extremely professional well run environment, which are the best value for money around.

I honestly can't thank Michelle enough for the incredible impact she's had on my life. What began as a journey to strengthen my injured back (with Pilates) turned into something far deeper and more meaningful. Through Michelle's passion & support she's helped me out of a dark place and continues to do so. Every session offers a safe, welcoming space where everyone is encouraged and supported, and made to feel like they belong! I've also met a lovely circle of friends who I never expected to find. It's more than a class, it's a community!

If you ever had any doubts about coping with a professional fitness class you can forget them now. We joined with some trepidation (and a push from our GP) and what a find this was!
Far from being too much Michelle caters for all levels and even demonstrates several degrees of impact for every exercise so it’s up to you how hard you want to push.
Great music choices, varied routines and more than anything a relaxed atmosphere. Lots of fun and laughs if you have any breath left.
Very very highly recommended easy to book and good value with various different ways to pay as you go.

After having spinal surgery two years ago, it was recommended that l needed to do Pilates by my consultant. What did l do about his advice, ignore it of course!
Fast forward to the beginning of 2025 and l was in constant discomfort from back ache. As a long term cyclist and bending over riding a bike for the last 50 odd years, its taken its toll l'm afraid. So it was time to do something about, so after searching around the great wide web, Michelle's Pilate classes popped up in my search.
We exchanged a couple of mails and arranged to go to my first class.
Can you imagine what its like to walk into a room full of women, none of which you know, terrifying!!!
However, people could not have been any nicer or more welcoming, such a lovely group and new friendships formed.
The classes are just brilliant, as Michelle says, the classes are for you, do what you can and rest when you want.
Michelle is most definitely a great people person and is well respected by all that attend her classes.
As for my back ache that had plagued me for weeks, gone after just a few weeks.
In all honesty, you really just dont realise how inflexible you have become until you become flexible again!

Keep Fit with Michelle is brilliant. Michelle is an amazing instructor who offers a great variety of classes in Studley B80. From pilates to weights, Michelle give’s 100% every time in every class. I absolutely love the Body Blitz class with Michelle, as it’s energetic with great music and everything you need whilst having loads of fun. I’ve also met a fantastic bunch of people in Michelle’s classes, and you are always made to feel welcome in every class. Michelle's passion for exercise shines through in her attention to detail and her endless energy!
