This class incorporates Tabata intervals of 20 seconds work followed by 10 seconds rest. It is a highly popular workout for those who are looking for a fast, effective yet doable exercise class. It focuses on body weight cardio, combat and core intervals set out to motivating music. Sweat, smile and have fun!
