This class is a must for women of all ages who are looking to shape and tone all those wobbly bits! It does exactly what it says.
Strengthen, tone and burn fat from your tummy, hips, thighs and bottom.
All classes begin with an aerobic warm up followed by a series of standing leg and glute exercises. Hand weights are incorporated to add the resistance to target core and abdominal muscles. I have been teaching this class for over 15 years and it has always been the most popular class on my timetable.
It will leave you feeling energised and make you look good. I provide up beat music and all the motivation you need so give it a go you won't be disappointed!
