SIX WEEK RESET BOOTCAMP
This Bootcamp is based on my 3-point formula to get you focused inside of class and out! It combines an outdoor mixed ability H.I.I.T class with weekly challenges and a full nutrition guide.This is a focused approach to get you healthier, fitter, stronger and more motivated than ever before.
Beginners and all levels of fitness can take part as participants are encouraged and guided to workout within their own capabilities.

The Bootcamp Class can also be attended as a stand alone session for £6 per class
The bootcamp session is done outdoors with mixed ability high intensity interval training exercises that really blast body fat and improve fitness very quickly!! Training outdoors is very invigorating and lots of fun. Don't be put off by the word Bootcamp. It is non intimidating but will get results.
All levels of fitness can take part as participants are encouraged and guided to workout to their own level of fitness. It's not scary and you don't have to be fit to start. It is a great atmosphere with lovely like minded people and we have a bit of fun.
