The bootcamp session is done outdoors with mixed ability high intensity interval training exercises that really blast body fat and improve fitness very quickly!!


Training outdoors is very invigorating and lots of fun. Don't be put off by the word 'Bootcamp'. It is a non intimidating class with exercises performed at all levels, for all ages, with the emphasis on outdoor fun.

 All levels of fitness can take part as participants are encouraged and guided to workout to their own level. It's not scary and you don't have to be fit to start. It's just a great atmosphere with lovely like minded people, fresh air, vitamin D and those much needed endorphins to make you feel amazing afterwards.


We incorporate various exercise drills including weight training, cardio, plyometrics, core strength and muscle toning. A kettlebell or dumbells are required along with your own mat or a towel. It is also a music based session which is great for motivation!








I also run a Six Week Course for a kick start into weight loss and increased fitness. The course is based on my 3-point formula to get you focused inside of class and out! It combines an outdoor mixed ability H.I.I.T class with weekly challenges and a full nutrition guide.This is a focused approach to get you healthier, fitter, stronger and more motivated than ever before.

Beginners and all levels of fitness can take part as participants are encouraged and guided to workout within their own capabilities.
