What is Circuit Training?

 

Circuit Training is a popular form of workout that targets aerobic fitness and muscular endurance simultaneously. In a Circuit training class, participants work through a series of exercises for a set time with a short rest between exercises, moving from station to station.

 

You get the benefits of muscle building and toning with an intense cardio workout. The class is packed with variety so you don't get bored and the exercise options are endless.

 

Circuit training can be useful for weight loss but you may also use Circuits to improve your strength, muscular and cardiovascular endurance. The workout is suitable for ALL levels of fitness with modifications given to suit the participant.

 

There is no pressure, just lots of variety, fun and motivation from everyone in the class.
