Discover a fabulous fitness class with Body Conditioning.

A mix of cardio, weights, toning and core work to trim your body from head to toe. Using body bars/barbells, hand weights, kettlebells and your own body as resistance to feel fitter, more energised and ready to take on the world.

Suitable for everyone and the amount of resistance is up to you.
