8 Week Fitness Course

If you've taken a long break from exercise or you're just getting started, this 8 week program is the perfect place to begin. You will be looked after as a complete beginner in a friendly non - intimidating environment with others just like you.
There will be no pressure and all workouts will be tailored to suit you. The 8 week course will establish an exercise routine with simple, straight forward workouts that progress from week to week. All workouts will be for 30 minutes to ease you in without feeling like it's too much! The course is designed to give you confidence to move on to regular classes when and if you wish. There are two classes to choose from so you can do two classes per week or just one.
